Customers are responsible for ensuring that cargo presented for transportation is properly described, packaged, documented, and otherwise compliant with applicable laws and requirements.
5. Rates, Charges, and Payment
Rates and charges for transportation and logistics services may vary depending on the applicable route, cargo, container type, equipment, schedule, service requirements, waiting time, demurrage, detention, genset requirements, diversion, port or terminal charges, and other applicable costs.
The price and payment terms applicable to a particular transaction will be those stated in the applicable quotation, agreement, invoice, or other written commercial arrangement.
Additional charges may apply where services or circumstances differ from the original booking or quotation.
6. Third-Party Services and Information
Powerheart may use third-party service providers, technology platforms, payment services, accounting systems, communications services, cloud infrastructure, mapping services, analytics services, or other technology necessary to operate our business.
Where applicable, use of those third-party services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
Powerheart does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party websites or services.
7. QuickBooks and Business Systems
Powerheart may use third-party accounting and business-management platforms, including QuickBooks Online, to manage business records, invoices, payments, customers, suppliers, and related accounting information.
Where Powerheart connects its systems with third-party platforms, access is limited to the purposes necessary for the operation and administration of Powerheart’s business and applicable services.
